The main function of the
department is to ensure quality, safety and efficacy of
drugs, medical supplies, pesticides, cosmetics and their raw
and packaging materials through laboratory based quality
testing before and after marketing.
Tests are performed
according to international standard officially accepted by
DACA: BP, USP, IP,
AOAC, CIPAC and other in-house validated methods of
analysis.
